Upgrade your trial: its C$750 is credited toward your first subscription period. Pay the remaining C$2,250; the trial counts as one of that period’s four pages.
Recurring billing starts only with your explicit agreement to the amount and billing dates. Applicable taxes, if any, are confirmed before payment.
Standard pages use portable HTML, CSS and JavaScript. We confirm compatibility with your destination before accepting the brief. These are source-code deliverables, not native Webflow, WordPress or Unbounce projects. Advertising management, custom apps, stores, complex CRM work and guaranteed leads or conversions are excluded.
You supply approved copy, brand assets, licensed images and scoped access. We agree a delivery date after reviewing your complete brief and current capacity. Two consolidated revision rounds are included; additional or changed scope requires a written quote.
Production hosting, domains and third-party licences are supplied and paid for by the agency unless specifically included in the written scope. Temporary previews are available for review, not indefinite free hosting. On full payment, the agreed custom deliverables transfer to your agency; third-party components retain their licences. We include 14 calendar days of correction support for reproducible defects in the agreed scope after acceptance. Ongoing changes and maintenance are separate.
The trial is paid before work begins, after both sides agree the scope and date. Cancellation before work begins receives a full refund; after work begins, completed agreed work is charged up to the fixed price and the unearned balance is returned. Monthly capacity, renewal dates and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before any recurring charge. No automatic subscription is created by requesting a trial.
Our workflow uses AI assistance for design, code and review. We test each deliverable. We agree permitted asset and data use before processing client material; do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential material in an initial brief. Real client work remains private unless publication is authorized.
